The Business Development Accelerator creates space to study the market, examine the business model, understand the numbers, and connect those decisions to a working plan. Workshops introduce each area so the ideas can be absorbed before the documents are developed. As the owner learns more and the business changes, those documents can be revised to remain useful.

How the accelerator works
Each workshop introduces a part of business development. Participants can focus on understanding the concepts during the session, review the presentation afterward, and use an optional $10 workbook to apply the material later.
Workshops create the foundation. Through advising and scoped services, SRSN works with owners to develop the supporting documents, learn the business in greater depth, and revise the work as conditions change.
